About the Training Bundle

The Project Telecom RJ11 Splitter Headset Training Bundle contains everything needed to enable a manger to listen in or join in on calls whilst training an operator.

This Bundle includes a Monaural Headset which is ideal for the Trainer (Manager) and a Binaural Headset whidh is ideal for the Trainee - the Monaural Headset enables the Manger to confer with colleagues if needed, and the Binaural Headset blocks out background noise, allowing the Trainee to concentrate fully on the call.

The bundle is suitable for use with Headsets that have a Quick Disconnect feature, Fits most standard RJ11 Headset sockets and is Universally compatible (works on 99% of telephones including IP handsets) Works on Cisco / Panasonic /Avaya Handsets etc.
