Safety

No surprise then, that this handheld radio is IP68 rated to make it water submersible. It can also be upgraded to meet TIA4950 certification (required TIA4950 battery), allowing for use in hazardous locations where flammable or explosive materials are present.

License

This Radio requires a license to operate, if you do not already have an existing Radio license, a license will need to be purchased before using the Radio, we can arrange the purchase of the license for you (this is a separate purchase) please contact us to discuss this.
